I have always loved mythology and wanted my senior thesis to tell a heartwarming story through the lens of nordic mythos. One of my first ideas was a story about a ghost guide who loses a soul while transporting them to the afterlife, and that eventually evolved into a story based more in the belief that only warriors are allowed into Valhalla, the Nordic afterlife. In the film, I visually represent who is a warrior by the fact that they had to die with a weapon in hand to be escourted. And I think it explains the concept pretty well.
